I see people of all ages as well a couples. I teach a course at UCLA Medical School in positive psychology and I'm the co-founder of the Positive Psychology Center of Los Angeles.
My life has taken me places most therapists, teachers and coaches do not go. I've been a seeker -- outside and inside. I've lived life as deeply as I could. I bring my experience to my work with the people I see.
I have tried to live my life with bravery, compassion, humility, humor and mindfulness. I've stumbled here and there... and I've been blessed. I've learned much about life along the way.
I spent the first half of my life as a producer for 60 Minutes, ran TV series and am an artist. I won the DuPont-Columbia Award for my work.
I have been meditating since I was a young man.
Most clients report that when we start working together their well-being and happiness improve rapidly. My emphasis on results brings change. Clients tell me that their self-acceptance expands. They feel more connected to other people and to what matters most in their lives.
I have been doing this work for more than 20 years.
